Using a SmarTag is simple! Just attach it to your suitcase, backpack, keys, purse, or wallet. If someone finds your lost item, all they need to do is scan the SmarTag with any smartphone or tablet. This will direct them to our website, where they can leave their contact information so you can get in touch.

No. Your personal data are not publicly exposed, they are encrypted and stored in our databases.

We ship SmarTags via Postexpress delivery to your home address and that is why we need your full address. Your e-mail we need to communicate with you.

Subscription is limited to one year, after you may extend the subscription to one more and so on.

Currently only Cash on Delivery and by credit card payments are available.

The first step is registration. Here, you'll create your username and password. In the second step, you'll need to provide your personal and contact information, and choose the package that best suits your needs. After that, you'll be able to order SmarTags through your dashboard by selecting the appropriate package. Once we receive your order, we'll send your SmarTags to your home address. The final step is activating the SmarTags themselves, which is done by scanning the QR code.
